It's never too late to change your life for better.

I seem to be very tired today. Maybe fighting off a cold. Headache.

Reporting back............


How did I do?

OK except for an attack of the munchies during the afternoon. Headache is not so bad now.

Breakfast:- Berry smoothie/thick shake


Lunch:- HB egg, spring salad, honey mustard dressing, flax bread and butter


Tea/Dinner:- Beef steak, carrot parsnip, brussels sprouts.

Snacks:- Almonds, chocolate, gluten free bread and butter, honey.

Drinks:- Water x 0
Flavoured teas x 5

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt or 5-6 large cups *yes*

Exercise:- Walk or Cross-trainer *yes*

20 + minutes cross-trainer = 4 km
