TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR 2012:- 23.5 kg/ 51 lbs

Thoughts for the day..........

Intentional 12 hour fast.

Right now the plan is to get back into ketosis then focus on rebuilding my physical fitness.

Reporting back............

Watching the Women's Triathlon and trying not to fall asleep. I heard the commentator say it has 2 more hours to run so I'm off to bed in a minute.

I completed a 24 hour fast. I felt really good this morning but not so great right now because I'm tired and have a mild headache. Tomorrow will be a normal eating day but I want to keep my carbs very low.

It was not a 100% total fast because I tried out a slice of flaxbread  once it had cooled a bit.

I made a loaf of Flaxseed bread and we had frittata for tea.

How did I do?

A successful day in that I followed through with my plans.

Breakfast:- Fasting

Lunch:- Fasting

Tea/Dinner:- Frittata

Snacks:- Slice if flax bread with a little butter

Drinks:- Water x 0
Flavoured teas x 6 or more

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt or 5-6 large cups *yes*

Exercise:- Walk or Cross-trainer *no*
