Thoughts for the day..........

July is flying by and that means the worst of winter should be over but there's plenty of time for more cold weather. My eye is being miserable. Another weird day. My only meal was a Chinese takeaway tonight. Cashew chicken, no rice. I watched all the videos from the Low-carb Cruise today. They are on UTube and it involved a bit of going backwards and forwards as each lecture was in 5 or 6 segments.
