DAY 202 JULY 20TH


THIS MORNING 8 AM

The sand is a little churned up from all the machinery building some kind of sand dune
in front of the house being built next door.
It's raining and cold again.

Tea/Dinner:- Scrambled eggs, mushroom and mixed veggies

Snacks:- Cheese, almonds

I am going to do the stretching exercises in my Jenny Craig book. I did them many years ago and found them easily do-able for me. My goal is to eventually stretch every day.

  1. Hope you are feeling better!! Looking at your stats I see that you are not drinking water. I find that I feel a lot better when I drink water. I even crave it!
