I didn't sleep well last night so another lazy day. We had a frost this morning so quite chilly until the sun warmed things up. It was lunchtime before I felt like eating anything. I'm slacking on exercise so I really must make an effort to get do something tomorrow.

John had the car video working properly for our drive home on Monday. We loaded it into the computer today. That was very easy. I'd like to take a segment and embed it in my Blog sometime. We also want to put all the short segments together to make a longer video so we'll have to learn to edit and  all the other stuff that goes with that. I don't feel like messing around with this so John is learning.

My sister came to visit this afternoon. We had a good chat over coffee. It's been a long time since we had time together with nothing else going on.

Breakfast:- None

Lunch:-   Ham steak and green Salad, balsamic dressing.

Tea/Dinner:- Chicken, kumera, mushrooms, onion. garlic, bok choi, coconut milk, cajun seasoning

Snacks:- Brie, almonds, coconut bread, hummus, dried apricot. black coffee

Drinks:- Water x 2
Flavoured teas x 1
black coffee x 1

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt or 5-6 large cups *yes/no*

Exercise:- Walk or Cross-trainer *no*

10 minutes cross-trainer =2? km

I aim to walk or cross-train an average of 5 km or more each day this month.

I am going to do the stretching exercises in my Jenny Craig book. I did them many years ago and found them easily do-able for me. My goal is to eventually stretch every day.

Has to be good. Right!

  2. I'm sorry you're having trouble with sleep. I also read about the tiring and frustrating trip to hospital, and the delayed tests. I hope you can get some refreshing sleep. As you know, it helps in soooo many ways!
    You mentioned your second acupuncture treatment for your face... have you seen any results yet? I know sometimes it takes awhile to seen changes. I hope this will help.
