Reporting Back ..........

Wow! No blood giving problems. I have deep veins and usually they use the easier to find ones which always collapse. Today it was all over in a few minutes and no bruising.

Made an appointment for eye test next week and bought some coconut oil. Spent rest of day with my sister and doing a little sorting at Mum's house.
How did I do?

I guess it was a pretty good day. It was mid-day before I got to eat anything and I'm pleased that I ate fairly normally for the rest of the day. There has been no great desire to go crazy for food which often happens when a meal is delayed.

I am tired so bed is not far away.

  1. Sounds like things are settling down a bit. I'm glad you are doing research. I've been reading about Krill oil, too. I now take fish oil, but Krill is supposed to be better.

I use coconut oil for sooo many things. Even my kitties come into the kitchen every day for their tiny "lick" of coconut oil. Supposed to be good for them, too. :-D

That red rose is so beautiful... very velvety, healthy and happy looking!
