83 DAYS MAINLY WHEAT FREE - 9 DAYS NO COFFEE - 11 DAYS OUT OF 31 WALKING

1ST FEBRUARY WEIGHT:-  7.30 am  - 104 kg/228 lbs
1ST MARCH WEIGHT:-     7.30 am - 100.5kg/221lbs



Start weight check was 114.5 kg/251 lbs.



Official weight loss for January is 10.5 kg/23 lbs.
Official weight loss for February is 3.5kg/7.5 lbs
Total weight loss for 2012 is 14kg/30.5 lbs




Next official weigh-in April 1st.


Not feeling great. Nausea doesn't make food attractive.



Pre-Breakfast:-  Water.


Breakfast:-  1/2 cup Strawberry tea. 2 almonds and one dried apricot.


Snack 1:-  None

Lunch:-   Salad and water

Snack 2:-  None

Dinner:-  Water

Snack 3:-  Water 2 almonds  and 1 apricot.


Carbohydrates:-  7 grams maybe 


Drinking:-  Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 0

Diet lemonade x 0
Cappuccino coffee x 0

Daily Goal:-  1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes/no*

Exercise:-  15 minutes walk *yes/no*


I am aiming to walk 3 km or more each day this month.

How did I do?


Not eating was not part of my plan but I'll go with it but hopefully will feel normal again tomorrow. Not drinking is a little more difficult to pass off. I really must make an effort especially when one of my BP medications is also a diuretic. 


Disappointing doctor's visit. I'm to increase one of my blood pressure pills. Today's reading 150/80. Doesn't sound too terrible to me but I guess this is what happens when you are being treated to minimise the risk of stroke. I'll be so glad when I've had a good chat with the specialist in 2.3 weeks. Although I am prepared to find he/she is more drug orientated than general health.
