71 DAYS MAINLY WHEAT FREE - 3 DAYS NO COFFEE - 7 OUT OF 31 DAYS WALKING

1ST FEBRUARY WEIGHT:-  7.30 am  - 104 kg/228 lbs
1ST MARCH WEIGHT:-     7.30 am - 100.5kg/221lbs



Start weight check was 114.5 kg/251 lbs.



Official weight loss for January is 10.5 kg/23 lbs.
Official weight loss for February is 3.5kg/7.5 lbs
Total weight loss for 2012 is 14kg/30.5 lbs




Next official weigh-in April 1st.


Walk may not happen. Very damp day but maybe after lunch there will be enough beach to walk on. Not worried if we have a lazy family day.


Breakfast:-  Strawberry tea. Protein, berry smoothie


Snack 1:-  None

Lunch:-   Salami, feta, spinach and other salad stuff. 2 corn thins with pesto Strawberry tea

Snack 2:-  2 corn thins with pesto, diet ginger beer, strawberry tea

Dinner:-  Lamb roast, kumera, (sweet potato), small baked potato, onion, broccolli, courgette, mint sauce. Strawberry tea.

Snack 3:-  Strawberry tea. Dried apricots and almonds

Drinking:-  Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4

Diet lginger beer x 1
Cappuccino coffee x 0

Daily Goal:-  1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes/no*

Exercise:-  15 minutes walk *yes/no* sort of

I am aiming to walk 3 km or more each day this month.

How did I do?


Exchanged my walk for 30 minutes on exercycle. Food OK. Drinking passable.


I'm tired tonight after a poor night's sleep. I think I was a bit too warm. Tonight is cooler ... I hope.
