DAY 60 - 58TH DAY MAINLY WHEAT FREE - NO DAYS NO COFFEE - 3RD DAY MORNING WALK

Weight:-  7.30 am  -   - 104 kg



Start weight check was 114.5 kg/251 lbs.



Official weight loss for January is 10.5 kg/23 lbs.




Next weigh-in March 1st.

THIS POST HAS BEEN TOTALLY MESSED UP BY ME.

I edited it in mistake and now have lost the details of the actual day. That makes me cross because it wasn't a run-of -the-mill day and now it's lost forever.



Breakfast:-  Strawberry tea.  Smoothie = 20gm carb

Snack 1:-  None

Lunch:-   Food

Snack 2:-   Water, 

Dinner:-  Steak and salad.

Snack 3:-  Water

Drinking:-  Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 0

Daily Goal:-  1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes/no*

Exercise:-  15 minutes walk *yes/no*

    If you google statin danger or something similar you will get tons of information. They are only needed for people known to have had a heart attack and even then no study has shown they save lives.

    That is just a few I could find quickly. There really is no need to lower your cholesterol (you live longer with high cholesterol). I hate that doctors are putting everyone on this drug!!
