DAY 55 - 53RD DAY MAINLY WHEAT FREE - 2ND DAY NO COFFEE - NO MORNING WALK

GOING HOME TOMORROW

Weight:-  7.30 am  -   - 104 kg



Start weight check was 114.5 kg/251 lbs.



Official weight loss for January is 10.5 kg/23 lbs.




Next weigh-in March 1st.




Breakfast:-  Peach tea. water, Honey yoghurt, chopped almonds and dried apricots.

Snack 1:-  Two corn thins with peanut butter

Lunch:-   Salami, lettuce, tomato, pepperdew, small piece parmesan cheese, corn thins with peanut butter.Tea

Snack 2:-   None

Dinner:-  Stir-fry - lamb, carrot, broccoli, red onion, tomato. 2 corn thins with peanut butter. Peach tea.

Snack 3:-  Water

Drinking:-  Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 0

Diet ginger beer x 0
Cappuccino coffee x 0

Daily Goal:-  1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes/no*

Exercise:-  15 minutes walk *yes/no*

How did I do?


I did get some sleep and today is cool again. Weird weather. We are talking about autumn on the way and summer never really happened.


Finished listing all my stuff on Trademe. Stuff meaning the books and CDs left over from a little business venture which never got going.


Should be able to sleep tonight.
