DAY 50 - 48TH DAY MAINLY WHEAT FREE - NO DAYS NO COFFEE - NO DAYS WALKING

Weight:-  7.30 am  -   - 104 kg


Start weight check was 114.5 kg/251 lbs. 


Official weight loss for January is 10.5 kg/23 lbs.


Next weigh-in March 1st.


Breakfast:-  Peach tea. water first thing.


Restaurant. Speight's, (being Speight's Ale House at  Ferrymead), Breakfast consisted of bacon, scrambled, eggs, grilled tomato, hash brown and toast. I was glad I ordered extra tomato as they were delicious and I gave John the toast so still wheat free. It sound like a huge breakfast but I polished it off and followed up with hot chocolate.

Snack 1:-  None

Lunch:-   Late lunch at Northwood shopping centre while we waited for the AA to come and start the car. Cappuccino and cheesecake, minimum wheat in base.

Snack 2:-   Peach tea. 

Dinner:-  Bacon and mushrooms. Peach tea.

Snack 3:-  Water   

Drinking:-  Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3

Diet ginger beer x 0
Cappuccino coffee x 1
Hot chocolate x 1

Daily Goal:-  1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes/no*

Exercise:-  15 minutes walk *yes/no*

How did I do?


Coffee three days in a row. Hot chocolate 2 days in a row. No walking. Glad the weekend is over. At least I stayed wheat free except for some of the cheesecake base. Tomorrow is back to normal, more or less.


Off to bed to read.

  1. I can remember some of your past posts where you went bananas with wheat, then paid the price physically. So just the fact that you are doing so well is wonderful progress!!
