DAY 44 - 42ND DAY MAINLY WHEAT FREE - 32ND DAY NO COFFEE.- 6TH DAY WALKING



Weight:-  7.30 am  -   - 104 kg


Start weight check was 114.5 kg/251 lbs. 


Official weight loss for January is 10.5 kg/23 lbs.


Next weigh-in March 1st.


Unofficial check ... lost 400gm or 1 lb since we left home on Friday. Yay! My plan is working, almost too easy.

Breakfast:-  Yoghurt, dried apricot, chopped almonds, fresh honey. Strawberry tea. water

Snack 1:-  Strawberry tea. 

Lunch:-   Antipasto plate, salami, spinach, cheeses, pepperdew, red pepper, gherkin, tomato. salad dressing. Strawberry tea.

Snack 2:-   Lemon, lime & bitters 

Dinner:-  Chicken, Greek salad, potato salad. 2 strawberries

Snack 3:-  Water  

Drinking:-  Water x 2
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4

Diet lemon, lime & bitters x few mouthfuls.

Daily Goal:-  1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*

Exercise:-  15 minutes walk *yes*


Walked dog around block, 1.8 km/1.2 miles..Was fun. Dog so good except he thought I was toooo slow.*haha*

5 minutes cross-trainer *no*

How I did I do?


Pretty good day. This morning we went with Amanda as she did some errands including getting WOF, roadworthy certificate, for the Opel. Drove through some very damaged areas and bad roads. The suburbs look worse than last time because more and more houses are finally being abandoned and the demolition has begun. 


Later we went out to our other son's lifestyle block where he was cutting down a medium sized pine tree for firewood. I thought he did well since it's something he doesn't do very often. The tree came down exactly where he wanted.


Food, drink and walking all on plan.


It was nice to have a day with no dramas and a few things resolved.
