Reporting Back ..........

How I did I do?

All things considered, not bad. We left my brothers about 11 am, had 2 hours with Greg in Rotorua. We found Greg feeling much better but not completely over the bugs that laid him low. We were home before 6pm. So nice to kick back in our own chairs knowing we should have a free day tomorrow.

Not wheat free .... battered, fried fish. Otherwise food pretty good.

I'll be glad to be on my home schedule for a few days before we go to Christchurch where our son and daughter-in-law will help keep me on  the straight and narrow.

We are having a weird summer. Warmth being held in by cloud ceiling and a very brisk cold wind. February is our hottest month of the year but that doesn't seem to be so this year.

I'm not quite as tired as last night but will be glad to go to bed.

  1. There's no place like home and nothing as comfy as your own bed. I do hope tomorrow can be a relaxing day. Deb

  2. Battered fish is not a bad choice - I'd chose the same except it makes my reflux really bad. It is a weird summer isn't it? It will be good to be home.

  3. Your description of your plan is great, not "all or nothing" since that's not how you are approaching it. Good idea.
So much moving around and traveling, I hope you can soon find a time to just stop, relax and rest up. Hopefully you will have lots more free days.

How weird to be reading that February is a HOT month! :-D
