DAY 51 - 49TH DAY MAINLY WHEAT FREE - NO DAYS NO COFFEE - NO DAYS WALKING

Weight:-  7.30 am  -   - 104 kg


Start weight check was 114.5 kg/251 lbs. 


Official weight loss for January is 10.5 kg/23 lbs.


Next weigh-in March 1st.




Breakfast:-  Peach tea. water, 4 corn thins and peanut butter

Snack 1:-  None

Lunch:-   Potato salad, gluten free friand at the Wigram Museum Cafe, Capuccino

Snack 2:-   Water 

Dinner:-  cheese, 2 boiled eggs, lettuce, gherkins. Diet ginger beer. Peach tea.

Snack 3:-  Water, square dark chocolate   

Drinking:-  Water x 2
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 2

Diet ginger beer x 1
Cappuccino coffee x 1

Daily Goal:-  1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes/no*

Exercise:-  15 minutes walk *yes/no*

How did I do?


Food and drink a bit scrappy.


Turned into a full day. We went to the New Zealand Airforce Museum at Wigram where I did a fair amount of walking. 


This was followed up by going out to the men's Prison to set up our visiting rights etc.


Then we went out to see David's partner and had a good long chat. I feel a lot happier about our future relationship. 


We didn't get home to our other son's place until nearly 7 pm and had a bit of a scratch tea. I think I'll be early to bed.
