DAY 5

Weight:-  7.30 am  -  ? kg

Breakfast:-  Cappuccino 
Yoghurt, honey, chopped almonds and 1 dried apricot

Snack 1:-  Cappuccino. 

Lunch:-  A very late lunch, almost on the run.
2 steamed, (microwaved in husk), corn cobs. Quite delicious and perfect as they were without adding pepper, salt or butter. Cappuccino I snuck in 3 chocolates during the afternoon.

Snack 2:-  Lemon, lime and bitters, diet soda. 3rd corn cob, still yummy even when cold.

Dinner:-  Several cherry tomatoes, 2 not quite hard boiled eggs, slice cheese. Strawberry tea.

Snack 3:-  Almonds. strawberry tea.

Drinking:-  Water x 2
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 2
Coffee, black, unsweetened x 0
cappuccino with sugar x 3

Daily Goal:-  1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:-  15 minutes walk *yes/no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*

How I did I do?

What an interesting day it turned into.


We repacked the car at Mum's and made her a cup of tea before leaving at 10 am. Not even 10 minutes from Mum's,
on the Kuaotuna Hill our car died. It's possibly the transmission. From there on it was a case of holding it together as we still had to get home and finish cleaning before 4.30pm.


We made it and I've now achieved 3 days wheat/gluten free. I don't think I could have managed today if I hadn't begun to abstain from bread.
