I didn't mean to take this long break. Sounds familiar. I haven't been in a bad place but my journal post from Saturday says it all.
The day was going well until I had trouble with blogger. Spent about 10 hours writing and editing and finally got the post into my NZ Diary.
No bread but no water either.
