Had a wonderful swim this afternoon. I'm pleased with my fitness. It's not fantastic of course but I can swim continuously for at least 10 minutes. This is a wild guess. It's really hard to judge what you are doing in the sea.
We stopped at Kuaotuna for one of Sue's famously huge icecreams. Had to eat it as fast as possible because they were melting. I know, not on my eating plan. We get one of these icecreams about 3 times a year so not going to feel guilty.
