REFRESHING MY HEALTHY JOURNEY - WEIGH IN RECORD

Today is Monday, September 27th, 2010.

The following is my not so stellar weight loss record to date, this year.

The last two weeks I have neither tracked nor weighed and the result is a big fat 100 kg. I'm not at all happy about that and am taking drastic action. Part of that action is removing all records from the front of my home page so I can renew my efforts without any distraction.

I have a goal to lose at least 15 kg before the end of the year. This comes with another goal for which I am training. To walk a Boxing Day half Marathon. That's 14 km.

To help me stay on focus I've written a training/walking schedule and made a new graph with a guide line from 100 kg today to 85 kg in 12 weeks. The goal is to always be below the line each day.

I am also keeping most of my weight loss notes on this Blog. My Home Blog will be a general journal. I have too many people popping in who are not so interested in my meandering weight loss ramblings.

I will continue to journal as often as I can, hopefully daily, and I need to use my NZ Diary at least once a week.
