Day 107 - Monday in Rotorua

My food didn't go to plan today. It wasn't awful but the truth is I was so tired, too tired to care. If TWJ had not got my smoothie ready I would have been lost. I had nothing more to eat until mis-afternoon when I made a toasted cheese, bacon and egg sandwich.

TWJ cooked dinner. Twice during the day, probably in the evening, I snacked on food I didn't need, a couple of raspberry and cheese sandwiches.

I have no idea what I drank or how much. It was enough to be home and resting after a very stressful week.

Emergency food:- Egg and celery salad. This came in handy at the end of the day and probably prevented am all-out feast on bread based eating once w got home and began to unwind.

Dinner:- small bowl of veggie soup, frittata with extra cheese

Jenny, my SIL is on Life support at Waikato Hospital until Pam arrives from Bali. I have no idea how to plan for today so have left my meal plan open.

Breakfast:- coffee, black & unsweetened
before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1; 6 almonds and dried 1 apricot

Lunch:- ww jelly/jello with plain yoghurt. 2 HB eggs.
Snack 2; 1 apricot and 6 almonds

Dinner:- meat pie mashed potato. green beans and carrot.
Snack 3; 2 slices of bread with 1 egg and butter,
