I fell asleep before lunch. I can't believe I was so tired. Last night's sleep can't have been very good. No energy but made icecream with my smoothie mixture. It's hard, more like an iceblock. Will have to study recipes to see how to soften it without adding extra calories, if that's possible. Cooked a roast of beef but that was it. No veggies. John made himself a Roast Beef sandwich while I ate my serving wrapped in lettuce.
Spent large part of afternoon soaking in bath and watching Church on-line. My skin is as itchy as ever. I'm despairing of getting rid of the problem in my scalp and on my bottom and to some extent all over, especially my back. It will probably be June before I get an appointment to see the Specialist at the hospital and I can no longer afford to go private. All I cna do is keep going and hope that somehow it will all come right and I can live normally again.
