Nearly 10 am and just gong to have my smoothie. I've had a long soak n the bath with peroxide in the water. Don't know if it makes a difference. Shampooed and covered itchy skin areas with anti-perspirant.
Will do some shopping and go to Mum's for lunch but what to have? Probably tuna and lettuce salad. We finished the ham on Monday and I made stock with the bone. Stock is now in freezer for whenever I feel like soup. Will need to take care as it will no doubt be salty.
I keep forgetting to take the herbal etc pills that go with the evening meal.
Spent afternoon with Mum after doing shopping. Watched Master Chef Australia with her before coming home.
