General Wellbeing:- on 1-10 scale = 6i5

Mood:- Tired but improving

Breakfast:- Berry Protein Smoothie

Snack:- celery with less than 1 tsp cream cheese and same of peanut butter


Lunch:- tuna salad made with can of lite tuna, lettuce, cucumber, celery, capsicum, balsamic dressing. raw carrot

Snack 2:- 6 almonds and 2 brazils

Dinner:- steak and stirfry onion, celery, broccoli, carrot, rice. Made too much so more fr tomorrow night.

Snack:- rhubarb in WW jelly/jello


Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4 or maybe 5

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*

Not so great today. Didn't go to sleep until after 2 am and awake before 6 am. Just as well I don't have to go anywhere today. I see a snooze in the recliner sometime. Had my long soak in bath and talked John into making my smoothie and bringing it to me, *hehe*

Bake a tuna cottage cheese loaf
Something about our plant pots
Petunias need planting
clear some weeds for lettuce seeds

The day continued and I became even more tired so no to dos done. We did have a visitor. The satellite man came and installed a dish. John's Birthday gift from daughter. No TV last night as she has the decoder to give to him tomorrow.
