Breakfast:- Nestle cappuccino, fig, 2 brazil nuts and 5 almonds

Snack:- Nestle cappuccino, fig, 2 brazil nuts and 5 almonds

Lunch:- Berry Protein Smoothie

Snacks 2:- Nestle cappuccino, fig, 2 brazil nuts and 5 almonds, small wedge brie and 2 gerkins

Dinner:- pork stir-fry

Snack:- nuts dried figs and apricots.

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 2
Coffee, black, unsweetened x 0
Nestle cappuccino with spoon coffee sugar crystals x 3 or 4

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*

Starts Today

My Challenge this week is to walk 13 km, 9 km to go.

My challenge for the rest of the year is to walk 500 km, 496 to go.

Read a novel between bedtime last night and lunchtime today. Left me emotionally drained. Not quite sure what is going on. Very emotional not to mention totally messing up any schedule I might have had. I can't blame the weathe. It's beautifully sunny.
