Days Gluten Free x 5

Weight 7.30 am - 96.5 kg, 0.5 less than yesterday, 0.5 higher than my lowest recent.

Dietary Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- Berry Protein Smoothie
Snack:- small cupcake

Lunch:- Father's Day - pumpkin rosti with salad bread & butter
Snack 2:- 6 almonds, 1 brazil nut, 2 dried apricot halves

Dinner:- none. Had eaten several bits and pieces during the day so didn't really feel hungry
Snack:- 1 chocolate out of the Father's Day box.

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
Coffee, black, unsweetened x 3

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
