Breakfast:- Berry Protein Smoothie
Snack:- 0

Lunch:- at Mum's:- veggie soup, cheese
Snack 2:- 6 almonds, 1 brazil nut, 2 dried apricot halves

Dinner:- pancake filled with celery & onion, spinach, cottage cheese, capsicum, topped with grated cheese
Snack:-

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
Coffee, black, unsweetened x 4

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
