Breakfast:- Berry Protein Smoothie
Snack:- nestle cappuccino

Lunch:- 2 HB eggs, cheese slice, large spoon L/O winter mash, apple.
Snack 2:-

Dinner:- roast pork, mashed potato, carrot, onion, cabbage, gravy and too much crackling
Snack:-

Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 2
Coffee, black, unsweetened x 2
Nestle cappuccino with spoon coffee sugar crystals

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *yes*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
