Breakfast:- Berry Protein Smoothie
Snack:- no

Lunch:- 3 HB eggs and a raw carrot. Hungry. I'm coming off a carb high. Takes discipline.
Snack 2:- 1 egg

Dinner:- pork chop, rough winter mash,green beans
Snack:-

Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 2
Coffee, black, unsweetened x 2
Nestle cappuccino sachet, 1 sp coffee crystals

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
