Breakfast:- Berry Protein Smoothie
Snack:- 0

Lunch:- chicken salad, celery, red capsicum, onion, grated carrot.
Snack 2:- apple

Dinner:- homemade vegetable soup, kumera/sweet potato, celery, carrot, onion, cream, cheese.
Snack:- 6 almonds and 2 dried apricot halves

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
Coffee, black, unsweetened x 3

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
