Days Gluten Free x 9

Weight 7.30 am - 96 kg another 0.5 kg gone. Only 1 kg from 10% body weight lost this year.

Dietary Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- Berry Protein Smoothie
Snack;

Lunch:- egg and silverbeet/chard omelet with little cheese. Apple The omelet looked awful and didn't taste great. I need a new non-stick pan.
Snack 2;


Dinner:- cold roast beef with pumpkin and winter mash.
Snack;

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
