Breakfast:- Berry Protein Smoothie
Lunch:- egg and silverbeet/chard omelet with little cheese. Apple The omelet looked awful and didn't taste great. I need a new non-stick pan.
Dinner:- cold roast beef with pumpkin and winter mash.
Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
