Day 180

Days Gluten Free x 6

Weight 7.30 am - 96.5 kg - Yay! 500gms gone. Now I match with my 20 lb button again.

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- Berry Protein Smoothie
Snack;

Lunch:- 2 eggs and slice of bacon, pan cooked. 1 mandarin
Snack 2; piece of cheese


Dinner:- beef mince stir=fry with mixed frozen veges. mandarin
Snack; small piece of cheese. I'm missing my almond and dried apricot snacks.

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5 or 6
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
