Dinner:- Salmon loaf with winter mash and mixed veggies,(carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, etc.
Snack; WW jelly with plain yoghurt
Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3 or more
black, unsweetened coffee x 2
nestle sachet cappuccino with large tsp sugar x 1 Last sachet until I buy more. Best not to.
Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
