Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie - late morning

Lunch:- 3 slices of whopegrain toast with butter and tomato
Snack 2; 8 cheese crackers with butter. ( the kind of crackers I despise)
Snack; 2 slices of toast bread with butter, mustard pickle and cheese.

Dinner: roast beef with roast veggies
Snack; Lost the plot. by this time and had at least 6 ginger snap biscuits and some nuts.

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
