Weight 7.30 am 97 kg NC I'm maintaining extremely well. Wish I was doing better but I'm happy because I've walked several days in a row and that is my main focus right now. Thw eight will come off so long as I don' over-eat.

Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie - late morning
Lunch:- At Mum's 2 brazil nuts 6 almonds, 2 dried apricot halves
Snack 2; 1/2 small blueberry muffin
Dinner: beef mince a la Me, lots o' veggies, 2 kiwifruit
Snack; almonds and brazil nuts about 10 total.
Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5 or 6
black, unsweetened coffee x 2
Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *yes*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
