Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie - late morning
Snack;

Lunch:- mince, silverbeet/chard, parmesan.
Snack 2; 2 brazil nuts 6 almonds,
Snack; 1 large iced bun with butter
Extra nuts here and there

Dinner:beef mince a la Me, lots o' veggies
Snack; WW jelly/jello with plain yoghurt

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 5 or 6
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *yes*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
