Day 157

Weight 7.30 am 97 kg NC I think I'm disappointed. I expected another 0.5 loss.

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie - late morning
Snack;

Lunch:- soup and a couple or 4 small, savoury pastries.
Snack 2; 6 almonds, 2 pieces of apricots,

Dinner: beef mince a la TWJ and veggies. Apple
Snack; 1 HB egg

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *yes*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
