Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie
Lunch:- left over casserole, apple
Snack 2; 6 almonds, 2 pieces of apricots, 2 brazil nuts.
Dinner: lamb shoulder chop with veggies
Snack; WW jelly/jello and plain yoghurt
Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 2
Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups **
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk **
5 minutes cross-trainer **
