Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie
Snack;

Lunch:- cold roast beef, celery salad, 2 kiwifruit
Snack 2; 6 almonds, 2 pieces of apricots, 2 brazil nuts.

Dinner: beef casserole, lots o' veggies, silverbeet.
Snack; 6 almonds, 2 pieces of apricots, 2 brazil nuts.

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
