Day 143

Weight 7.30 am 97.5 kg - +++++ 1kg !!!!! What's with the gain. Only thing I can think of is too much cheese lead to some fluid retention. Wahhh!!!!!

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie
Snack;

Lunch:- OOpsie roll, 1 kiwifruit
Snack 2; 6 almonds, 2 brazil nuts, 1 dried apricot,

Dinner: roast chicken with veggies
Snack; WW jelly/jello and plain yoghurt *

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc 1
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *
5 minutes cross-trainer *
