Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie
Snack;

Lunch:- hunk of cheese, 2 gerkins, 6 almonds, 2 brazil nuts, 2 dried apricot,
Snack 2; 6 almonds, 2 brazil nuts, 1 dried apricot,

Dinner: skinny pizza x 3 made with salsa, grated cheese, diced bacon on tortilla
Snack; WW jelly/jello and plain yoghurt *yes*
2 brazil nuts, 1 piece of shortbread

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
