Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie
Snack;

Lunch:- tuna and lettuce salad, 1 kiwifruit
Snack 2; 6 almonds, 2 brazil nuts, 1 dried apricot

Dinner: steak or chicken and vegies, 4 small mandarins
Snack; WW jelly/jello and plain yoghurt *no*
6 almonds, 2 brazil nuts, 1 dried apricot

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc 2 or 3 or 4 I'm not good at keeping track
black, unsweetened coffee x 1

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *yes*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
