Day 156

Weight 7.30 am 97 kg Slowly improving

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie - late morning
Snack;

Lunch:- tuna salad with cottage cheese dressing. Cucumber, carrot, onion, capsicum
Snack 2; 2 brazil nuts. 10 rice crackers with parmesan,

Dinner:2 homemade pork sausages. veggies. WW jelly/jello and plain yoghurt
Snack; 6 almonds, 2 pieces of apricots,

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 4
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *yes*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
