Dinner: mince beef bolognaise without pasta but with 2 heavily buttered slices of toast. 2 mandarins
Snack; WW jelly/jello and plain yoghurt *no* 2 thick slices of bread with loads of butter, raspberry jam and cheese. more nuts and dried apricot.
