Breakfast:- Berry protein Smoothie

Lunch:- 4 slices of bread, butter, pumpkin, mustard relish, raspberry jam
Snack 2; double serve rice creackers

Dinner: Beef casserole
Snack; almonds, brazil nut and dried apricots

Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 1

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
