Day -127

TWJ had to be at Drs. rooms early for fasting bloods and we had nothing special on after that so went driving and visiting. Breakfast at Cogill Cafe, Whitianga, lunch feasting on food from a bakery beside the beach at Whangamata, afternoon tea with friends and home to scratch.

Weight 7.30 am 97 kg NC

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- Cafe - Cappuccino and cheese scone with butter

Lunch:- small crusty thin bread roll with moroccan lamb filling, cake and non-diet coke.
Snack 2; 2 cheese crackers and apple slice

Dinner:- 4 slices toast, butter, cheese, raspberry jam, cake and half large muffin
Snack; *no*


Drinking:- Water x 2
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc 2
black, unsweetened coffee x 1
cappuccino with 1 tsp sugar
normal coke

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *yes* walked on Whangamata beach
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
