Weight 7.30 am 97.5 kg. add another 0.05 kg gain.

Dietry Ketosis *no*

Breakfast:- before 9 am Smoothie *yes*

Lunch:- tuna, cucumber, lettuce, celery and onion salad. coffee. 1 mandarin
Snack 2; 1 apricot, 1 brazil nut, 6 almonds

Dinner:- 2 sausages, 1 slice bread . 1 persimmon
Snack;


Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 2

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*

I have walked a 4 times this week.
