Breakfast:- before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Snack 1; 1 HB egg
Lunch:- 2 HB eggs, asparagus roll, tuna sandwich, (a little one)
Snack 2; 1 apricot, 1 brazil nut, 6 almonds
Dinner:- beef caserole with potato, carrot and (frozen) mixed veggies. Ate too much again.
Snack; non-stop eating for a while until uncomfortable. Asparagus rolls, 4 slices of bread, cream cheese, raspberry jam.
Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc 5
black, unsweetened coffee x 1
Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *yes* very slow. Sore back after helping Mum up off floor.
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
