Yesterday I broke my walking drought. Today I will continue.
Weight 7.30 am 97.5 kg - same, I expected to be able to record another loss but I know my feet swelled badly yesterday and still feel puffy this morning.
Dietry Ketosis *don't know* I should be close and although this is a day at Mum's I'm going to give it a good shot. This has been a good week and I think I can make it better.
Breakfast:- before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Lunch:- pumpkin soup, that was it. A large bowl of veggies turned into creamy thick soup. slice of cheese
Snack 2; 1 dried apricot, 6 almonds, 1 brazil nut.
Dinner:- 1 boiled egg. 1 dried apricot, 6 almonds, 1 brazil nut.
Snack; WW jelly/jello with plain yoghurt,
Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc 5
black, unsweetened coffee x 1
Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *yes*
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
