Day 115

Weight 7.30 am 98 kg - Going down continues. I haven't seen this number for a very long time, more than 2 1/2 years

Dietry Ketosis *don't know*

Breakfast:- before 9 am Smoothie *yes*

Lunch:- tuna and lettuce
Snack 2; 1/2 dried apricot, 4 almonds, 1 brazil nut. Broccoli pieces.

Dinner:- steak and kidney casserole with beans, maybe, left overs need to be eaten.
Snack;


Drinking:- Water x 0
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc 4
black, unsweetened coffee x 1

Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *no*

Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
