Weight 7.30 am 99kg - I've been stuck around this weight for weeks.
Dietry Ketosis *don't know*
Breakfast:- before 9 am Smoothie *yes*
Lunch:- HB egg, lettuce, 2 mandarins
Snack 2;*no* and I got really hungry but I didn't grab the bread or anything else.
Dinner:- pork with small serve of mashed potato, carrot and baby peas.
Snack; 1/2 dried apricot, 4 almonds, 1 brazil nut.
Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x 3maybe 4
black, unsweetened coffee x 1
Daily Goal:- 1.5 lt. or 5 - 6 large cups *nearly there*
Exercise:- 30 minutes walk *no*
5 minutes cross-trainer *no*
