Lunch:- cold pork, pumpkin, 2 mandarins
Snack 2; 2 slice cheese, 8 rice crackers
Dinner:- pork and mixed veggies, WW jelly/jello, sweet yoghurt
Snack; 1/2 dried apricot, 4 almonds, 1 brazil nut.
Drinking:- Water x 1
Strawberry and Mango Tea, etc x maybe 3
black, unsweetened coffee x 1
